CEE Candidate Verification for Screening Firms
We perform candidate verification for background screening firms and employment agencies: document-based checks in Polish and Ukrainian, built on the documents the candidate submits and on public registers — with no third-party contact. You receive a re-brandable report you can deliver under your own name.
What we verify
- Education: diplomas, certificates and professional qualifications submitted by the candidate, including Ukrainian documents via the EDEBO state registry.
- Employment: consistency of employment certificates against the CV — start and end dates, positions held, exactly as declared.
- Identity documents: authenticity and consistency of the documents the candidate provides.
- Registers: KRS, CEIDG and land register entries relevant to the candidate's declared business activity.
- Criminal record: only via the candidate's own certificate (KRK) — we never obtain criminal-record data directly.
- Sanctions and watchlists: global and EU lists, as part of every tier.
We do not contact former employers, schools or any third party. Verification is limited to the documents the candidate submits and to public registers.
How it works
- Your candidate submits documents through your own process; you forward them to us.
- A Polish/Ukrainian-speaking analyst checks authenticity, consistency and register entries.
- You receive a white-label report: verified / discrepancy / not verifiable per item, with a risk note and the list of sources.
- Reports are delivered in English, Polish or Ukrainian — structured for your own delivery to clients.
Integration: we work with standard delivery formats and can match your existing report template or API workflow.

Compliance note
For countries that restrict employers from accessing criminal information, we verify adverse media and public registers instead of criminal-record data — we never obtain criminal-record information beyond what the candidate's own documents provide. The final compliance decision always remains with your screening process.
